Hey peeps! Welcome to the second episode of beautifying life! Today's topic is something we all have heard about but eventually nobody uses it! And that is *MEDITATION*                                       Don't worry, all meditations are not hard, especially the one discussed in this episode..!! This one can actually be enjoyable!!!! From now we are going to be starting a mediation called "loving kindness" meditation;) As sweet as it sounds it can make your life full of joy. Now lets talk about the steps for this:- ● Sit in a comfortable position,close your eyes and set an intention for today's meditation. Intention could maybe that you wanna spread love by this meditation or anything else! ●Start by thinking about someone you love and feel happy with. Picture their smiling face in your head! And start giving them your well wishes by saying it in your mind. You can say ° May you be heal...

FIRST STEP OF BEAUTIFYING LIFE

  Okay first thing s first, let me introduce law of attraction to you guys!!! Law of attraction attracts beautiful events in your lives. In more simple words we can say its like that fairy god mother for us            Now coming on point! How can we apply this law!?? Lets start with basics  Start practicing gratitude!!   Just after waking up start counting your wishes with its reason for a count of 10!  Example: I am grateful because I have such loving family as it makes me feel happy!  You can speak materialistic things as well. Ten blessings should be counted just after waking up. Later when you get some time write those blessings down on any notebook.....Do this for a week and then I'll come up with my next step of  beautifying lives!!!!
