SECOND STEP OF BEAUTIFYING LIFE

Welcome to the second episode of beautifying life!
Today's topic is something we all have heard about but eventually nobody uses it! And that is *MEDITATION*
Don't worry, all meditations are not hard, especially the one discussed in this episode..!! This one can actually be enjoyable!!!!
From now we are going to be starting a mediation called "loving kindness" meditation;)
As sweet as it sounds it can make your life full of joy. Now lets talk about the steps for this:-
● Sit in a comfortable position,close your eyes and set an intention for today's meditation. Intention could maybe that you wanna spread love by this meditation or anything else!
●Start by thinking about someone you love and feel happy with. Picture their smiling face in your head! And start giving them your well wishes by saying it in your mind. You can say
° May you be healthy
°May you be as happy as you can
° May you live your life with ease
●Now bring in your mind someone whom you see everyday but you don’t really know/care about them(maybe your neighbour)
●Repeat same affirmations written above
●Now bring to mind someone you don't really like and send them too these well wishes
And yeah we're done!
